Hoy hemos estado muy ocupados en la cocina. Socios de Bulgaria, España, Croacia y Macedonia del Norte han participado en la experimentación con la plataforma de aprendizaje electrónico VET@HOME.
Los socios del proyecto se dividieron en equipos y desempeñaron tanto el papel de instructores como el de aprendices/alumnos en unas clases prácticas de cocina virtuales para probar las funcionalidades de la plataforma de aprendizaje electrónico creada en el marco del proyecto VET@HOME. Se organizaron en dos lugares distintos (sala de demostraciones y cocina de formación) para simular las condiciones de la formación práctica a distancia cuando el profesor/instructor realiza una demostración en directo desde el centro de formación o la escuela, mientras que los alumnos/estudiantes siguen las instrucciones y llevan a cabo las tareas en sus propios hogares y cocinas.
Nuestros amigos de Portugal también se unieron a través de la conexión en línea desde Povoa De Varzim y nos ayudaron a comprender plenamente la capacidad y las posibilidades que ofrece la plataforma para sostener la formación práctica virtual en línea en un modo guiado.
Preparamos algunos platos tradicionales de Bulgaria, Croacia, Macedonia del Norte y España, mientras probábamos nuestra nueva plataforma de e-learning creada en el marco del proyecto VET@HOME. Los participantes prepararon una ensalada, un plato principal, una sopa y un postre mientras rotaban sus papeles como instructores y aprendices.
