Este es el sitio web del proyecto VET@HOME, una iniciativa conjunta de 6 organizaciones de 5 países (Bulgaria, España, Portugal, Croacia y Macedonia del Norte).
Nuestro objetivo a través de este proyecto es reforzar la capacidad de las instituciones de Educación y Formación Profesional (EFP) en toda Europa y más allá para proporcionar una educación digital inclusiva y de alta calidad en artes culinarias adaptada a las normas de funcionamiento post-COVID19 en la industria de alimentos y bebidas.
Con este fin, vamos a crear y poner a prueba un modelo de plan de estudios basado en unidades estándar para cursos virtuales de formación práctica dentro de la EFP para la profesión de «Cocinero», así como diseñar una plataforma en línea para la entrega virtual de la formación práctica en esta profesión.
El proyecto VET@HOME está financiado por el Programa Erasmus+, dentro de la Acción Clave: Cooperación para la innovación y el intercambio de buenas prácticas y se prolongará hasta octubre de 2023.
